Facility Rental Options

• All Center

  An All Center rental includes the Adventure Science Center, with a 1400-person capacity and the use of the Skyline Room, Jack Wood Hall, prep kitchen facilities and all walk-through, hands-on exhibits, both permanent and temporary, with the exception of the BlueMax Flight Simulator. Capacity count will increase with the addition of the Sky & Space Wing opening Summer 2008.

• Skyline Room

  Enjoy a fabulous view of the Nashville skyline. The Skyline Room accommodates banquet seating for 96 or seminar seating for 125 and may include the use of prep kitchen facilities when available. Available after hours only.

• Jack Wood Hall

  This is a 2,800 square foot meeting/banquet room equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment. The Hall accommodates approximately 144 people for dinner or up to 200 people for theatre style events and includes the use of the prep kitchen.

• Discovery Rooms

  Classrooms just right for small gatherings. The rooms can seat 24 classroom style, 16 boardroom style, or 36 theatre style. The rooms come equipped with projector and screen.

• Eureka Corner

  Seats 60 people theatre-style. The theatre is equipped with a projector and screen.

Each facility rental includes the use of the room, tables and chairs. Admission to the Center will be determined on an individual basis and is not included in the rental price with the exception of an All Center rental. Group admission rates are $6 for children and $8 for adults. BlueMax Flight Simulator rides are not included in rental pricing. BlueMax operation is an additional $50/hour with 10 rides per hour.
