    This is a current map of the exhibit areas and classrooms in the Science Center. Print and distribute copies to all teachers and chaperones in your group.
  • Field Trip Chaperone Request

    Send this form home with students to find adult volunteers interested in taking on the responsibilities of chaperones on the field trip. Chaperones are responsible for monitoring students and keeping groups on schedule. You will need one adult chaperone for every 5 students. Parents will send the form back if they are interested in becoming a chaperone.
  • Field Trip Announcement

    Use this form to inform parents that a field trip is planned. It details the important payment/admission policies of ASC and may help answer many questions parents will ask before the field trip.

    One of the most exciting areas of Adventure Center is BodyQuest where visitors learn about human body systems using interactive exhibits.
