In a unique collaboration with University School of Nashville, ASC offers a real world science field experience that introduces students to an incredible wetlands ecosystem. Using school transportation, students and teachers meet with an ASC Educator at USN's wetlands to identify plants and animals while collecting specimens to take back to the ASC microscope lab. At ASC, students make observations about the special adaptations of aquatic invertebrates and wetland plants. This fascinating experience is bound to excite and inspire all young scientists.

$50 deposit required in advance
$6 per Student - Wetlands Adventure Only (Part I)
$10 per Student - Wetlands Adventure & Microscope Lab (includes touring)
Extra non-chaperone adults pay group rate at Science Center

Classes may choose to participate only in Part I of the program. Groups larger than 30 will split into two microscope labs. USN wetlands are located on County Hospital Road off of Briley Parkway in Bordeaux. Directions can be found at: www.usn.org/directions/
