Sunday, Nov. 1 1 - 3 p.m. Bring your leftover Halloween pumpkins (as long as they are still fresh) and let us send them flying through the air with our genuine trebuchet -- a type of catapult. We'll be learning all about Newton's Second Law of Motion, trajectory, force, gravity and mass. Plus, we'll be watching pumpkins fly hundreds of feet before crashing to the ground! If you don't have a pumpkin of your own, don't worry. We'll have extras on hand available for a small donation.
